GUVF Nigeria First Outreach Planning update.



Great UNITATE Vision Foundation (GUVF), Nigeria.

OUR IDENTITY.
A Non-Governmental Organization managed by Ex-Students of Federal Government ‘Unity’ Colleges in higher institution of learning in Nigeria and overseas.

OUR HISTORY.
It first started in 2009 as Great Vision Foundation (GVF) Nigeria in Federal Science and Technical College Ilesa and in King’s College Lagos as Master Mind Thinkers (MMT), then it further developed into a platform where ex-students of Federal Government Colleges called Unity Schoolsin Nigeria developed purposeful and impacting interaction in higher institutions of learning in Nigerian and overseas. Being true sons of their educational source, these students have become ambassadors of excellent academic performance and extra-ordinary character personalities.
Then arose the necessity to distribute the positive influence generated from their gathering to their colleagues by networking and the up-coming generation of students currently in Unity Schoolsin Nigeria by nurturing and mentoring, to enable them make better choices, createmore positive friendship and imbibe great habits and discipline to live a better life in Universities than those who went ahead of them.

OUR VISION.
We exist as a platform for ex-students of Unity Schools in Nigeria to give back to their alma-maters through impacting and innovative means in appreciation of the immeasurable impact their alma-maters made in their lives, which isnow the foundation of their extra-ordinary performances as undergraduates in Higher Institution of Learning both in Nigeria and Overseas. And to inspire, encourage and mentor the up-coming generations in their alma-maters to make better decisions, imbibe great habits and maximize educational and co-curricular opportunities to the development of their destiny and advancement of purpose and to the pride of their alma-maters.
OUR MENTOR.
Exploits Network; A faith-based organization which is focused on empowering young people to maximize their potentials and lead meaningful lives. For the past three years, it has been organizing a top-notch Independence Day event for Secondary School students, Undergraduates, Youth Corps members in Osogbo, Osun State under the leadership of Babatunde Olaoluwa (234-706-8288-797).

U: Uniting all ex-students of Unity Schools in Universities in Nigeria and Diaspora.
N: Nurturing of the Up-coming generation of ex-students of all Unity Schools in Nigeria.
I: Initiating a Unity School Support and Impact Project (USSIP) in Unity Schools in Nigeria.
T:Transmitting updates and information between Unity Schools and their ex-students.
Y: Yearly Conference of Ex-Students of Unity Schools in Universities both Nigeria and Abroad.
